A traditional feast for all! A ht stone bowl filled whith rib-eye steak, chicken, shrimp chorizo (Mexican sausage), poblano peppers, onions, Mexican cactus, chunks of pineapple and chipotle sauce. Topped with shedded cheese. Served with rice, beans and flour tortillas

The base is made from a circle of fried masa of ground maize (also used as the basis for taneles and tortillas) whith pinched sides. This is the topped whith refried beans and crumbled cheese, lettuce, red or green sauce (salsa, made with chiles or tomatillos respectively)
